Note: There will be both Laser Radial and Laser Full Rig Classes at the ISSA Cressy Cup. This qualifier is for the Radial Division Only. There will be a separate qualifier for the Laser Full Rig Division in San Francisco (September 29-30).  Sailors may enter either qualifying regatta, but not both.  Click here for the Full Rig Notice of Race.

Each competitor must provide one Laser Radial.
Entry Fee: $10.00 per competitor. Due before the Skippers Meeting on September 22, 2001.

Rules: The regatta will be governed by the 2001-2004 Racing Rules of Sailing, the prescriptions of US SAILING; the 2001-2004 ISSA Procedural Rules (as modified by the PCISA); this notice of race and by the Sailing Instructions, all of which supplement or modify the former.
Entries / Eligibility: All PCISA Member Schools are welcome. Each school may enter as many boats as desired. Entries must be mailed (postmarked) or faxed to the US Sailing Center by September 17th.

Format: This will be a non-rotational regatta. The boat brought will be the boat sailed in all races. This changes ISSA Rule 7.6(a).
Safety: US Coast Guard approved PFDs (Type 3, minimum) shall be worn at all times on the water.

This event will be held in conjunction with the PCIYRA (College) Pacific Coast Single-handed Championships. There will be separate starts for College and High School. There will also be a celebration of the 30th Anniversary of the PCISA (& 60th Anniversary of the PCIYRA) immediately following racing on Saturday. Family, Friends and PCISA Alumni are welcome! Please RSVP the number of expected guests to the US Sailing Center.
