Addendum to the 2010 Pacific Coast High School Team Racing Championship NOR

Recent developments from US SAILING (posted April 12, 2010 on their website) regarding Rule 70.5(a) may impact our District qualifier NOR's.  The ISSA has been granted "blanket" permission to host "no appeal" qualifier events, however the procedure has been revised and  this needs to be specifically noted in our NOR or amended to our NOR for our District qualifiers. Thus please consider the following language as added to the 2010 Pacific Coast High School Team Racing Championship NOR:   

"In accordance with rule 70.5(a), decisions of the protest committee are final. US SAILING's permission has been granted."
