A majority of the PCISA Board met via Conference Call on Wednesday December 28, 2011 to address the issue of possible over subscription of the Rose Bowl Regatta and/or subsequent “10% Regattas”.

The following decisions were made and will be in effect for the Rose Bowl Regatta and until further notice.

All “Split Teams” shall compete in the Silver Division.

If more than 60 teams enter a regatta, entries will be declined in the following order until 60 or less teams are entered:

1. JV3 Teams
2. JV2 Teams
3. Split Teams
4. JV1 Teams

Entries being declined will be notified as soon as possible after the Entry Deadline via email.
